• Account data: email address, full name
• Financial data: income, expenses, invoices, mileage records
• Business data: trade name, business type, UTR number, NI number
• Usage data: login timestamps, session information

3. Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to provide you with the UK Tax Tracker service. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.

4. Where data is stored

Your data is stored securely with Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU, Frankfurt, Germany) and served via Vercel. Both are compliant with UK GDPR requirements.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal and financial data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

• Access — request a copy of your data (available via Settings > Export data)
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data in your profile
• Erasure — delete your account and all data (available via Settings > Delete account)
• Portability — export your data in JSON format at any time
• Objection — contact us to raise any objection to how we process your data

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy
